How quickly can I expect to see results with the Blood Type Diet?

The speed at which you'll see results can vary from person to person, as it depends on factors like your starting point, dedication, and adherence to the program. It's essential to remember that sustainable health is a gradual process. Our focus is on helping you make long-term changes to your lifestyle rather than promoting quick fixes. Many of our clients start noticing positive changes within the first few weeks, such as increased energy levels, clearer skin and improved digestive health. However, significant changes in your health typically takes several months of consistent effort. Your personalized plan will be designed to maximize your progress while ensuring your health and well-being.

Do I need to follow a specific diet plan, or can I continue eating the foods I enjoy?

In the Blood Type Diet, the largest component is the food assignments to each blood type. On a cellular level, each blood type possesses lectins that choose which foods we should eat. When we choose foods that our lectins don't like, then the food is marked as a foreign invader and destroyed. This creates chaos and disease in the body which leads to so many of the ailments we experience today. Knowing this as your coach, I am committed to supporting you in eating as close to your beneficial foods as possible so as to help you see your greatest improvements and feel your best!
