Cod Seafood Gumbo Soup Recipe
Enjoy this savory and pleasantly spice seafood gumbo, featuring cod, a highly beneficial food for all blood types.
This recipes best suits people who have Blood Types O and B since it includes ingredients that Types A and AB should avoid, like clam juice, shrimp and sweet potatoes. I will include notes next to each ingredient with replacements and exclusions for each blood type.

Ingredients
2 cod fish fillets
1 pack of chicken sausage, sliced (Types B and AB use turkey sausage)
Shrimp (Type A and AB omit)
Sweet potatoes (Type A and AB omit)
Yellow Squash
Zucchini
8 oz. Clam Juice (Type A and AB omit)
Chicken broth (Type AB replace with vegetable or turkey broth)
1 Red Bell Pepper, chopped (Type A and AB omit)
1 Onion, chopped
Salt
Cayenne Pepper (Type A and AB omit)
Crushed Red Pepper (Type A and AB omit)
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
1 Bay Leaf
Instructions
Pour olive oil in the slow cooker pot.
Chop up the onion and bell pepper. Place these in the pot.
Sprinkle in red pepper flakes and onion powder. Let everything saute for 5 min or until onion and pepper are soft and translucent.
Slice the sausage into half inch pieces and place into pot. Let them saute for 5 min.
Place the cod into the pot.
Pour in the broth and clam juice. Note: The cod will separate into small pieces. This is fine.
Let the pot boil for 20 minutes to blend the flavors.
Add the shrimp and boil for another 15 minutes or until the shrimp are pink and firm.
